Skill Self-Assessment
I continue to learn new technologies and became a point of escalation for knowledge and assistance. I’m driven to recognise an issue and troubleshoot to resolution. I have created detailed documentation to assist others.
I have a solid understanding of VPN technologies using various platforms and understand QoS values and how to troubleshoot and verify implementation. I am still working on grounding myself when going into an issue, however this has progressed as well. Web hosting and email troubleshooting is no longer an issue.
