Are OSPF External Type-2 LSA’s equal? Well, it depends..

I used the INE CCNP Routing & Switching material throughout my studies, and came across a fantastic explanation of Type-1 & Type-2 LSA’s, and why Type-2 External LSA’s aren’t always equal, even though they both create a metric of 20.
